Debbie was motivated to create CareerAmplify after serving for 7 years as CEO of Links International, a Hong Kong based recruitment firm. At Links Debbie worked extensively with job seekers and employers and developed a clear understanding of the recruitment process. To add to her skill set, Debbie trained and certified as an Executive Coach at Columbia University Teachers College.
Debbie began her career in banking and venture capital. She has lived and worked in Israel, Hong Kong and Malaysia.She has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and an MBA from Cornell University.
Debbie is the CareerAmplify lead for all things coaching. Her goal is to bring her knowledge and insight to each new job hunter and help them to develop a lifetime set of career management tools.

Scott was drawn to CareerAmplify after helping his oldest son with his post-college job search. An active member of his community, he has often served as a resource to students seeking to understand how to manage the job search. Scott understands the power of networking and the role contacts play in a successful job hunt. He is passionate about helping students maximize their resources.
Scott brings a wide range of experience to CareerAmplify. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, he was the College’s first ROTC scholarship recipient. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne, Air Assault and Ranger schools and commanded an Infantry company. Following the Army he went on to receive a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
Scott is currently the President and Founder of Woodside Capital Management, LLC, a private investment company and fund manager, specializing in middle-market turnaround and distressed investments. Over the last twenty years, he and his partners have successfully invested approximately $380 million in over 120 transactions. Prior to Woodside, he served as the President and Founder of Blackstone Cable and was a Partner in the law firm of Bingham Dana
Joe joined CareerAmplify as a recent college graduate having received a BA in Classical Philology from St Anselm College. In college he captained the Men’s DII tennis team and worked with the Institute for Mediterranean Archeology to create and manage the web presence of archeological excavations in Central Italy.
Having recently landed a full-time role as a Product Support Analyst at a marketing and communications technology firm, Joe is our favorite example of someone who majored in the liberal arts and successfully found a great job in tech. Giuliana is a graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University and Fordham School of Law. She is an attorney and human resource executive.
Giuliana is a philanthropist and active in a variety of charitable organizations. She is the Recent Past President of the Renbrook School Parent Organization. A Board Member for Medical Aid to Haiti, the Board of Trustees of Literacy Volunteers of Greater Hartford (CT).
Giuliana is fluent in French and Italian.
